From October 5th to 7th, the BeastieRock (巨獸搖滾音樂祭) will take place in the Tamsui Shell Warehouse, the Tamsui Arts & Cultural Park. It is the 8th year in running for the Festival known for having introduced No Party For Cao Dong, Flesh Juicer, Elephant Gym, and many other up-and-coming bands. The BeastieRock 2018 will contain 5 stages in total for live performances. In order to take advantage of its easy access location, there will be a free stage setup close by the MRT Tamsui Station to feature new and coming bands. The festival goers will be able to sample new talents even before entering the festival ground. The free stage will also act as a taster for tourists and locals before they tickets. Aside from 5 live music stages packed with bands, there will also be a stage with high profile DJs, and market place full of food stands.
