It will be the first time that Taiwanese artists have the chance to perform in the New York Central Park! Thanks to Mia Min Yen, a Taiwanese student studies in New York. She successfully made her intern company City Parks Foundation nodded their agreement of having "Taiwanese Waves" in SummerStage, a great music event host by them. Never did any Asian band have the same chance.

"Taiwanese Waves" is a pretty special opportunity for us to take responsibility in a whole session in an international music event. On July 16th, from 6 to 10 in the evening, the stage of SummerStage is only for Taiwanese indie music.
The performing artists include singer-songwriter Deserts (焦安溥), Sunset Rollercoaster (落日飛車), a band influenced by 60s Grunge and Adult Contemporary of 70s, and Won Fu (旺福樂團) who always brings delight to the world through their music. Let's get ready. The sound of Taiwan is going to surge the Big Apple NYC!
