LÜCY, a Taiwanese singer-songwriter born in 2000, began writing her own songs at the age of 19. LÜCY tends to write down her music in her bedroom. In 2021 she released her first single CACTUS which was a meteoric success, including almost 300K views on YouTube. She has since gone on to become one of Taiwan's most outstanding emerging artists, with a fantastic dream pop style.
LÜCY's first self-titled album, released in 2022 while touring in Europe, is an audio diary extending from the world she sees. This album shows LÜCY's unique qualities, including the tribal song isahini and the lovely song Birdie written for the birds on the balcony, as well as the cross-border collaboration OH HEY with the Japanese band Hitsujibungaku 羊文学.
