Huang Shao Yong

Huang Shao Yong (黃少雍, also known as Yong) is a well-known Taiwanese music producer and electronic music developer. He formed the independent electronic music label Dark Paradise Records, which produces electronic music compilations that merge electronic elements into mainstream songs, enhancing electronic music's visibility. 

Yong also incorporates electronic music into indigenous language works, demonstrating to the public the many possibilities of electronic music. He also provides electronic music production courses, encouraging more people to enter the area of electronic music production. 

Yong also won the "Best Arranger" award at the 33rd Golden Melody Awards for his avant-garde electronic composition fu'is Star Song, written by promising musician Natsuko. The song combines Amis' native language with electronic music. Prior to this, he had big successes at the 2020 Golden Melody Awards, such as creating KINAKAIYAN (Mother Tongue) for A-Bao, which was nominated for eight categories and won three major awards, including Best Indigenous Album, Song of the Year, and Album of the Year.
